NEW DATE: Panteg Estate and South Dairy Woodlands – South Wales Division
This is a two site event. In the morning, we will look at how Panteg Estate has dealt with Ash Dieback. After lunch we'll discuss best practice in managing high yielding stands and response to disease management. Please note lunch is not provided.
The event will begin at Panteg Estate, Llanddewi Velfrey by kind invitation of Mr D Pryse-Lloyd and hosted by Mr Dai Jones of HW Forestry. We will look at how the Estate has dealt with and restored the woodlands after Phytophthora ramorum and Ash Dieback. After lunch we’ll visit South Dairy Woodlands at Wiston to look at best practise in managing high yielding stands and response to disease management.
