Presented by the South West Division for the best forestry related dissertation in the Exeter University Geography department.

Unfortunately, due to Covid 19 constraints within Exeter University they were unable to award the RFS Esmond Harris Award for 2021. However we look forward to being able to offer the award this year!

Esmond Harris
Esmond Harris was a recipient of the RFS Gold Medal in 2000 in recognition of his lifelong work championing education in forestry circles. A published author, Esmond is a retired director of the Royal Forestry Society.
