What you’ll do…

Based within the East Devon beat team, you will work alongside the Beat Forester, Community Ranger and two Craftspeople. You will support the planning and delivery of work programmes and directly supervise contractors and staff to ensure compliance with the UK Forestry Standard and UK Woodland Assurance Standard. You will be assisting in setting and maintaining standards in all aspects of forest and woodland management to help meet business plan targets. It is important that you have a good knowledge of Health and Safety and a keen eye for detail.
