Join us for the FENE Conference!

In 2022 we’ll be looking at how we can actively engage young people in woodland management, how working with trees, woods and forests can improve wellbeing and the options available to young people wanting to pursue a career in the sector.

A packed day of practical, outdoor workshops and inspiring speakers.

  • Megan Evans, Earthwatch
  • Becky Wilkinson, Royal Forestry Society
  • Sarah Wood, Forestry England

An opportunity to network over breaks and lunch with colleagues from across the sector.

Marketplace stands for you to meet representatives from a wide range of organisations, collect new resources and find out more about what they offer.

Where is it?

We’ll be returning to Rosliston Forestry Centre, Derbyshire.

Rosliston is in the heart of the National Forest, an ongoing project of forest regeneration in the Midlands. Easily accessible by train from Burton-upon-Trent station or by car from the A38/A42/M1.
