Find out how to get involved in Grown in Britain, #GIBWEEK2022, and check out some of our great resources:

  • a recent blog explains how some under thinned Norway spruce at our Hockeridge woods have now become tipi poles and flag poles across the country;
  • our Managing for Resilience report, put together in partnership with Forestry Commission, features twelve case studies of sites adapting their woodlands for the future;
  • our updated Grants for Resilience page. The grant can be used to take risks and innovate with new species, mixes or silvicultural techniques and to introduce diversity (species and structural) into forests, woodlands and landscapes;
  • blogs share knowledge. Visit our woodland management and timber uses pages; and
  • case studies range from planting to resist windblow to controlling grey squirrels.
